No-Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament
Tournament Rules
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Tournament Rules
Creek Entertainment Gretna (CEG) will sponsor a $10k or $20k, $60 Buy-In Super Satellite No-Limit Texas Hold’em which will commence on May 24, 2016 and run until further notice.
The Satellite will be held on the following days at the following times:
7:00 PM Thursday
1:00 PM select Saturday,.
1:00 PM Sunday
And select dates and times
The buy-in fee for the tournaments will be $60
a. The entry fee for the tournament will be $37 (100% of the prize money will be returned to the players)
b. The administration fee will be $10
c. $5 will be withheld for the Jackpot Reserve Fund
d. $8 will be withheld for Staff Toke Pool.
100% of the entry fee will be returned to the players as follows:
One entry into the $270 buy-in $10k or $20k guarantee tournament for every $270 in entry fees
The remaining prize money will be paid in $50 tournament buy-in chips and in cash
CEG will guarantee four (4) $270 seats per satellite.
CEG will make up the difference out of the Marketing Fund, if four (4) seats are not generated from entry fees.
Each blind round will run for twenty (20) minutes (the tournament blind schedule is available upon request)
Participants will receive 5,000 in tournament chips upon entering the tournament
Late entries, re-entries and alternates will be allowed for the first three (3) rounds (60 minutes) of the tournament and the first ten minute break
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid government-issued photo ID
The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the Tournament Directors Association (TDA) Rules
By participating, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Tournament Rules and to the decisions of CEG Management and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Tournament or these Tournament Rules

Payouts
At any point during a tournament after the completion of the buy-in period, the remaining players may agree to distribute the prize money differently than the posted payout schedule.
Any agreement reached must be unanimous.
The agreement will end the tournament
100% of the prize money will be returned to the players and will be administered and paid by the Poker Room Management
Indemnification and Release
CEG Poker Room reserves the right to refuse entry into the tournament
All winners will be required to provide their name, current address and telephone number which will be stored as a record of the payout received
Participation in this tournament and/or acceptance of a prize payout constitutes permission for CEG Poker Room to use the winner’s names, likenesses and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation unless prohibited by law
The CEG Poker Room has attempted to cover every rule, procedure and circumstance that may occur during the tournament. In the event a decision is necessary that is not covered by the above, CEG Poker Room Supervisory Personnel will make that decision
The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings
Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with notification to the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering
